Yes, in my opinion we should just instruct testers to download whole
Java Web and EE category from Update Center and proceed with test cases.
I tried it and it works smoothly.

please give it a try now. I have updated all 3 debugger test
projects with regards to source format, linked libraries or web server.
Also setup sections of all debugger test specifications were updated to
link these new projects.
Let me know if you encounter some other problem.

Nice work. Maybe we can do a major update and move javaEE to a specific part
of the test spec. (we can also do that for platform specific part). It may
simplify the workflow during full test with a few duplication as you mention.

So I just created a brand new platform application, using IDE 9.0 beta with
JDK 9.0.4. What didn't work out of the box was running it on the default
platform
