Hi Sven, please give it a try now. I have updated all 3 debugger test projects with regards to source format, linked libraries or web server. Also setup sections of all debugger test specifications were updated to link these new projects. Let me know if you encounter some other problem.

The platform does in fact run on JDK 9. The IDE is built on top of that after all, so if that doesn't work the IDE wouldn't run either. So I just created a brand new platform application, using IDE 9.0 beta with JDK 9.0.4. What didn't work out of the box was running it on the default platform
