I also think an errata is pragmatic here.

Hi Italo,
There is currently no explicit (*) guideline for this, but this is a point I
can add to

Hi John, all,
If we want the fix to the appendix to be immediately visible to the readers (in
the rendered version), wouldn’t be more appropriate to mark this erratum as
“verified” rather than “held for doc update”?

For the paragraph you quoted, I removed the normative language from the first

The other parts of that paragraph are useful as they call an important aspect
that is only supported with identities + the guideline to document the

Hi Tom,
This part from 8407 is worth to be considered:
If an appropriate derived type exists in any standard module, such as

type.

Agree with Qin. This is one of the usual comments from yangdoctors.
The proposed clarification in draft-boucadair-netmod-iana-registries makes
explicit that, for IANA-maintained modules, designers should make a decision

Hi Rob, Tom, all,
The trees are different because we are not importing the acl module, but are
reusing "packet-fields" from RFC8519 to define the classification rules.
Please note that trees in vpn-common are printed with "--tree-print-groupings".
I suspected what happened for L3NM is that
Hi Carsten,
I confirm that what I meant is "bits per second" to align with rfc8299#6.12.1.
I'm actually for more explicit units similar to what we are using in another
active spec:

value 2;

"Bits per Second (bit/s).";
}
