I believe that is a call from an American Crow. I don't remember what
the name is to describe this type of call. But, it's that more clear and
somewhat higher frequency series of "guttural" notes that I've heard

Moonwatch: I used my scope zoom lens at 20X. Bats were clearly larger
because lower and hunting e>w or w>e. The few birds went s or sw. Two were
mere flickers of shadow across the moonface but looked like birds, not
