+1 just pop out the pistons, hit them with some jeweler's rouge on a buffing wheel, use a brass wire wheel on the slider pins to knock off any rust. If there is light pitting you can still usually get away with reusing the pistons. pick out the seals (flat O-rings) with a dental pick and clean the

You need to clean the calipers, whether or not they need replacing can only be told once you have them torn down. Most likely they have a little bit of corrosion and just need the disposable bits replaced. I took pics when I tore down and rebuilt the brakes on my 700S, it shouldn't be that much dif

Sounds like the pistons in the caliper are not retracting. They can get sticky due to old brake fluid and dirt. I would advice service them. Give the caliper and pistons a good clean. I think there are also kits you can buy to rebuild the caliper (I haven't done this myself), but probably a good cl
