I wouldn’t replace the fork seals unless they are leaking. As for air
pressure, it is so low that it is hard to set. Get a tank and fill the tank
just above the pressure you need and do it that way. They should equalize to
get you what you need. Never even tried to set mine, but I’m pretty

Hey, you can look into replacing the fork seals, and while you do the
seals, you can change out the fork oil and learn if the forks are correctly
installed (you can't assume that they are)
