Bill Davies sounds
perfect.

Isn't good enough to get a team out of the Chumpionship

No premiership experience

Needs an entirely new team so all of our successful team need to be sold.

Plays attractive football rather than results.

He sounds like a poor man's Mick McCarthy

Keep thinking...I'm very bored so I'll be giving you a nudge now and then.

If only the club would overlook Ince being black we could get him in.

I just need more time to come up with a possible manager so I'll talk about
anything I can think of. It seems like Steve has already worked out my tactic.

If nottingham forest don't get promoted then I'd consider Billy Davies, but
he'd need a complete squad overhaul to play the attractive style of football he
tends to prefer. Totally unproven at top level and may also get found out like
Mowbray did trying to play attractive football, but maybe Davies has got a bit
more bottle to him than Mowbray.

I'll keep thinking of other possibilities, but we'll have even greater troubles
trying to attract decent managers if we're back in the Championship.

2010-04-19 Thread Marcus Chantry
This isn't war Paul, it's just what Steve and I do when we're bored. We've been
sparing so long that nothing offends anymore, it's just light hearted banter.

Plays attractive football rather than results.

Billy Davies has got form in the Premiership with Derby. He got sacked having
won 1 game. Set them up nicely for the lowest ever points total recorded in the
Premiership, which was seen through to completion by another manager who's name
has been mentioned before as a possible replacement for MM - Paul Jewell. He
didn't win a single game with them.

What we need is someone who could possibly out fox Redknapp, and I'm not
talking once - would need to be able to do it twice in a season. If such a
person couldn't be attracted to the Molineux, then at least someone who could
compete with the likes Moyes and O'Neill, and not get turned over by them.

Billy Davies has got form in the Premiership with Derby. He got sacked
having won 1 game. Set them up nicely for the lowest ever points total
recorded in the Premiership, which was seen through to completion by another
manager who's name has been mentioned before as a possible replacement for
MM - Paul Jewell. He didn't win a single game with them.

What we need is someone who could possibly out fox Redknapp, and I'm not
talking once - would need to be able to do it twice in a season. If such a
person couldn't be attracted to the Molineux, then at least someone who
could compete with the likes Moyes and O'Neill, and not get turned over by
them.

Bill Davies sounds perfect.

This isn't war Paul, it's just what Steve and I do when we're bored. We've
been sparing so long that nothing offends anymore, it's just light hearted
banter.

I just need more time to come up with a possible manager so I'll talk about
anything I can think of. It seems like Steve has already worked out my
tactic.

If nottingham forest don't get promoted then I'd consider Billy Davies, but
he'd need a complete squad overhaul to play the attractive style of football
he tends to prefer. Totally unproven at top level and may also get found out
like Mowbray did trying to play attractive football, but maybe Davies has
got a bit more bottle to him than Mowbray.

I'll keep thinking of other possibilities, but we'll have even greater
troubles trying to attract decent managers if we're back in the
Championship.

11:04 am Monday 19th April, Jeremy made the statement we have such an
easy run home

I hope you're not related to Murray Walker in any way Jeremy?

Big ifs indeed.

We have such an easy run home compared to the sides below us - just look
at the final Saturday match-ups for example.

points and be 3 points behind us with 3 games to go.

Both Bolton Wigan are starting to pick up points when it matters so
it's going to be a scary run in I think. It's not looking like
mid-table comfort at the moment after the weekend's results.
