All, I just hit a snag in generating formats with --make --all. It works flawlessly on my computers running Mac OS X or linux, but ALan Bowen has a problem where .pat files with Unicode characters aren't recognized: (/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/tex/context/patterns/lang-us.hyp)
