Using TeXShop (latest) I can produce but not print a PDF file that
has both the TeX Gyre Bonum from GUST and the GreekKerkis font from
Thomas Schmitz' ancient Greek module. This file will, however, print

The problem appears to be the Bonum font from the TeX Gyre
distribution. If I change the font to GFSDidot, all is well.
Too bad—Bonum is a good font, I think, for papers that are to be
presented by reading.

I have just changed my TeX distribution from the old teTeX to the
latest gwTeX.
When typesetting a document that used to process properly, I now get
the error message:
[1.56] [2.57] [3.58] [4.59] [5.60]
references : unknown reference [][fnt:t:1]
references : unknown reference
There is a problem involving \setupinteraction and \useURL with \goto
that prevents hyphenation of URL links in the body text.
The following works properly when the\setupinteraction line is
commented out. Otherwise the URL runs in to the margin.
