All,
I have cdwincontext installed and I am trying to run texmfstart from
a perl script on windows. I tried associating file extension .rb with
the ruby that comes with the context distro.
Am I missing something here?
#!/usr/bin/perl
use warnings;
use strict;
my $os;
if ($^O =~ /darwin/i
All,
In looking at core-buf.tex to see if I could find anything about
subblocks, I came across at line 518:
\def\setblocklevel#1% sign
{\global\advance\blocklevel #11
\ifcase\blocklevel\doingblocksfalse\else\doingblockstrue\fi}
Is that 11 correct?
All,
Can anyone explain what this is supposed to do?
\keepblocks

did you make texmfstart.rb executable? as well as all the ruby scripts?

How hot? California is roasting. Power grid threatened. Just got back
from L.A. and Sacramento at 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hans et all,
We don't understand, why we have to uncomment the commented line in
the code below to make section numbers go away? Why doesn't the
enumeration inherit?
\usemodule[colors]
\setupcolors[state=start]
\definecolor[lavender][r=0.25,b=0.75,t=0.095,a=1]
\defineframedtext[MyBox]
All, Anyone know how to get a period after Figure in figure caption.
I tried:
\setupcaptions[separator=.]
\starttext
\placefigure
[][fig:one]
{Caption.}
{\externalfigure[blank]}
\stoptext
And
\let\floatcaptionsuffix=.
\starttext
\placefigure
[][fig:one]
{Caption.}
Hans et al,
Why do we lose the chapter number in headers (and other places) with
this:
\setupwhitespace[medium]
\setupindenting[medium,yes]
\def\headermarkleft{\bold{\pagenumber}\headerskip{\sc\headerskip
Chapter \headnumber[chapter]\headerskip\getmarking[chapter][current]}}
All,
I've been using this construct a lot.
\startlinecorrection[blank]
\midaligned{\getbuffer[table]}
\stoplinecorrection
My thinking was that it put a blank before and after, but now I am
not sure.
Am I missing something?
