[NTG-context] Unexpected changes with pdfeTeX 1.20 (?)

Hi, while looking closer at the result of typesetting an older (Nov. 2004) document with todays pdfeTeX and context stuff I noticed that the layout of my TOC changed: Normally I write all setups in a SetupEnvironment file that is loaded at the beginning of a project structure. Like this:

trivial question from a novice: What are the steps to use a new module like the lettrine.sty? Where do I put this file? what command should I type to make is available to context? etc... thank you ciro PS: I am using Fedora Core 3 + texlive2004 + context from February 2005.
