Thank you, Hans, for your fast reply, these are already 2 usef
Hello,
How must \savebuffer be used?
I would like to save some lines in file abc, but there are 2 problems:
- the file is called \jobname-abc.tmp
- the line-endings are removed
Test-file:
% engine=luatex
\startbuffer[abc]
asjdf asdjf klasdjf kla
asjdf asdjf klasdjf kla

Hello,
When using "texexec --result=abc --module m-module" the switch --result=abc
is not respected, the result is written to m-module.pdf.

Hello,
I've just tried the beta version too, and I get another error (very early):
\input context.tex : cannot find input file context.tex
My command: texexec --make --all --luatex
What could be the reason for this problem?
Details:
* no such problem with context-current
* no such problem with

Here, I get the same error:
LuaTools | creating initialization file cont-en
LuaTools | using library path :
/opt/TeX-live/texmf-context/tex/context/base
LuaTools | using lua libraries: l-string.

I attach the output to this message.
luatools-current.log -> with current context
luatools-beta.log -> with beta context
With the beta version, there are no "handler" lines.

Hello,
What about merging the 2 texshow databases (web and perl), and then
maintaining only one unique database?
I've just seen, that for example the command "\setupdescriptions" has more
options in the perl-database and more descriptions in the web-database...

Hello,
I've put the output of the command
MTX_INPUT_TRACE=10 luatools --ini --compile cont-en
on the page http://pmrb.free.fr/tmp/luatools-log/
One for version 2008.01.28 (no problem).
And one for version 2008.03.11 (context.tex not found).
luatools.lua and mtxrun.lua have been copied without su
