I've never really done a clone time offset in Nuke before, but it seems
that I can't set the time offset until I've laid a stroke down since the
only place to adjust this appears to be the Clone tab, which is greyed out
until you lay a stroke down. Then of course it's reset to 0 for the next
if you take the clone off fg you should get the time offset appear, also the
cog opens up other parameters

Thank you Howard - although I did click the cog before, I missed that
little delta-t symbol for the time offset. And although I had set the input
to bg1 in the toolbar, the onionskin still didn't reflect that. But now
it's working (not sure what I did differently).
