Re: [nysbirds-l] Connecticut Warbler Manhattan

2020-09-26 Thread Alicia Williams
Being seen, albeit briefly, from 54th Street. Closer to the West Side
Highway but prob 100 yards east of the construction gate. It was around the
yellow bucket at the top of the slope.

Re: [nysbirds-l] Ferruginous Hawk Jan 23rd?

2021-01-23 Thread Alicia Williams
If anyone has time after the Ferruginous Hawk, it's well worth it to hit up
the Soons Orchards market off County Road 12 and have a celebratory spirit
or burger at Orchard Hill Cider Mill. It's in the same parking lot behind
the farmer's market. COVID safe as it is cozy! Let's support the locals
after clogging the berms of their roads. Good luck everybody!
