I'm serious! I manually compiled the castle script, so
that's the only one you can test. To get past the plot
boulders, you need to talk to James. But, currently,
he walks too fast; it's hard to catch him. I didn't
want people to get frustrated

Improve inputstring touchiness, wrong mapping for numpad 2.
I think that inputstring shouldn't accept numpad numbers as input, game and
custom don't, and it looks silly that arrow keys are mapped to numbers. Maybe
I'll change this.

Replace the darkest of the dark blues in the new palette with black,
so you can have non-transparent pure-black in maptiles again.
Also re-generated the default palette in common.bas, since I slightly
screwed it up by importing from

Add Vikings of Midgard palette to the import folder
Update distrib.bat so that master palette import folder gets included.
Update debian package scripts to exclude obsolete ohrrpgce.mas
