In terms of getting grants to get some of the work done, it seems to me
that, although they themselves are underfunded, the motivated
institutions would be those that support libraries. The grant project
that I am involved with (which is tiny, admittedly) would
in that fashion it should be noted. If there is reason to conclude
that a particular book has been authored by a particular person, then I
think it would be sensible if a reference to evidence for this is also
included.
