Yeah, I just update mine too. Same result, missing panel. So I dragged
app launcher to desktop to open applications. Otherwise seems to be

Sa experience here - probably got to rebuild plasma workspace and/or plasma
desktop with LTO disabled for a quick fix for the only problem...
