[OmniOS-discuss] D-Link FGE-528T
Hi to all ... This is my first post, from Brasil, so please forgive my bad English ... I am installing OmniOS to serve as Storage to a vitalization project . The hardware are Supermicro single Opteron . I intend to bind both embedded network port to talk with a dedicated switcher with the nodes ... So I need another network card top use to manage the OminOS . To that task I get a D-Link DGE-528T ( based on Realtek 8169S ) . But OmniOS do not recognise this card ! There are a way to workaround it ?? Or I will need to get another card ? I just have PCI slots available in this system, all PCIe slots are fulfilled with SATA cards ...
