change as it does with a Z39.50 overlay? We absolutely want the OCLC number
to be the TCN once the overlay is done. And I'd like to be able to load a
batch of records so my entire day isn't taken up with overlaying bibs.
Thank you,
Mary

Tim,
That list looks wonderful! I see it's only to be used for testing and
training purposes. Any plans to make it real?
I have a question about a few of the titles. Why is there more than one
entry for some of them? Some examples: Glamour, Newsweek (4 entries), The
Reader's digest,
or feature?
Thanks,
Mary

Hi Tim,
In our set-up for Ingram, in the Vendor Account Number, we entered the
account number provided by Ingram, same as in the Vendor Assigned Code. That
seems to be working.

the records imported, but did not add the extra 856.
I know I don't want to use Replace. That will remove our 856 and put the
single library's in.
Is there anyone out there that can help me work this out?
Thanks,
Mary

.
All I want is for a file of records to match on the TCN/OCLC number and
replace without my having to target anything. Can Evergreen do this? If so,
what am I missing to make it happen?
Help!

Hi Tim,
The last time one of my libraries reported this error, it turned out
they'd used their old Horizon codes in the holdings tag instead of
the new Evergreen values.
We have one library
of these vexing
issues!
I've written instructions for our acq libraries to edit their searches.
Draft copies have been given to a couple of our librarians, and I plan a
general release later this week to the rest of our acq libraries. If anyone
would like a copy, please let me know.

Hi Tim,
No, that looks right according to how we have ours set up.
