How to refresh "iscsi" partition list in all clients?

Hi All... Here goes a very simple question... I have 12 clients, each one with several active iscsi sessions in different targets. In one of those clients, I have made a new partition in a given device. The problem is that that new partition doesn't appear for all the other clients, even after
