officer pin attempts from 3 to 4; however, the card still becomes
blocked upon the 3rd incorrect entry. The profiles I have modified are:
entersafe.profile and pkcs15.profile.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Is there any documentation on the OpenSC 12 DLL? I would like to write
a LabVIEW application for configuring smartcards for out V&V needs. I
have no idea what functions to call or what order to call them in to
connect to a card without any documentation.

Hello,
Is the STARCOS SPK 2.3 smart card supported by OpenSC version 12? I
cannot initialize (pkcs15-init -CT) this card with OpenSC version 11.13
but not with version 12. The error message returned is: "Security
Status not satisfied"

I need to compile OpenSC version 12 myself. I am working on a custom

I have one additional concern. With OpenSC version 0.11.13, the Muscle applet
appeared to work just fine. When I tried version 12, OpenSC does not talk to
the Muscle card at all: "Unsupported Card". Any words of wisdom?
