In the viewer, the region itself appears to be empty. But your region database
table that holds the primitems is not empty for this region UUID.
When the region contents was deleted, an error occurred. The root prim of a
linkset was removed but the linked prim was not deleted. So the databas

"Database contained an orphan child prim ... This prim will not be
loaded.". One of the regions is completely empty and still contains
this logging.
