Who needs NTFS when we can see ZFS on Windows ? We're not likely to see ZFS on Windows, primarily because data needs to be migrated *away* from Windows to Solaris, not the other way around. Also, investing the scarce resources to port ZFS to Windows isn't economically feasible for the
