and glance-api-paste.ini are not present. Document instructs user to add the

keystone, even though the man page lists "--version" as one of the options.
The only way I was able to find the version number is using the dpkg command on

bash script "sample_data.sh" to configure keystone. I find such a script (and
the python script mentioned in earlier versions of the doc) very helpful,
especially for someone who understands the individual "ma

I am trying to install cinder in my setup. I already issued a "keystone
service-create …" and "keystone endpoint-create …" for nova-volume service, but
I plan to install and use cinder.

I would like to add, it would have been really helpful if nova-compute put
some error log message in /var/log/nova/nova-compute.log or
/var/log/syslog. Is that an enhancement worth filing against nova-compute?
