I've attempted to play one with the 4 different players that are installed
on my machine. No luck with any of them. Here are the results --

In KDE, "My Computer" (Why in Hell did they steal that from M$) shows an
entry when media is inserted into the cd/dvd drive, but no fs type and the
media is always shown as blank. In Gnome, an icon pops up on the desktop

smaller USB stick, it mounts (256 Mb). When I place the 2 GB stick, it

Hi again,
I run audacity from the command line this time and got this message after
closing the program, still being unable to reproduce any sound using ALSA and
having tweaked a bit the LINE using alsamixer (maybe not as fancy as
alsamixergui but it works ;) ):
$ audacity
