The openvasmd --rebuild just doesn’t seem to want to work. I think if I can
rebuild that…I think it would fix itself. :/

I've got some trouble with the migration from openvas 7 to openvas 8. I've
updated the packages and installed redis, then I migrate database without any

can you check the log files of openvasmd and openvassd after you ran
--rebuild ?
Note that OpenVAS-9 is not supported yet.
