We have setup a openvas appliance
running with Greenbone OS 4.1.7.
We are able to run the tasks and gather the vulnerability
information. However, when I am trying to download the reports, it
is not working. It keeps processing but nothing happens.

This sounds like a permission issue.
I'll have a look back at my documentation to see if I can find out where
the issue is.
>From memory, the reports are run as 'nobody', and it's that users
permissions that are lacking somewhere.
On Ubuntu, the reports are in /usr/share/openvas/openvas

I think that since the clocks went back on the weekend in the UK, my GSM
has started showing dates as
Modified: NaN NaN:NaN:NaN NaN
Created: NaN NaN:NaN:NaN NaN
It shows the scan initiated date OK,

*Mon Oct 16 09:15:14 2017 UTC*
The csv reports are OK, but the PDF reports

while trying to start openvas services got an error message. Running
check-setup got the following error message:
ERROR: redis-server is not running or not listen
