As far as I remember I simply copied the directory PREFIX/var/lib/openvas
and possibly PREFIX/etc/openvas from OpenVAS 6 to OpenVAS 7, and run

Unfortunately it seems not to be working when scanning via an OpenVAS
slave (version 7 as well). Running a Task with TCP-SYN Service Ping
locally returns hosts/results, but running the same Tasks in a
Master/Slave
You may need to play around with the Alive Test, which by default is an
icmp ping AFAIK.
