First off, what distribution are you installing on top of, just for the record? Secondly, did you download three different files: oscar-base-* oscar-repo-common-rpms-* oscar-repo-DISTRO-VER-ARCH-OSCARVERSION.tar.gz They also go in slightly different places than previous versions, described here:
