What problems are you seeing?
What type of RTT pipeline are you using?
How are you setting up your RTT?
If you want you can just set up stereo using two Viewer slave Cameras,
which might offer you a might more high level management of stereo
than the SceneView based support.

You need to set the left/right cull masks on the SceneView. Then set
the node masks for each camera to the appropriate cull mask. I've
successfully used this technique to render camera nodes in stereo.
