peparing my next open spaces , i would like to ask you: which tool - beside the

I think the two of you are talking about two distinct but related aspects:
inviting the diversity of the system and welcoming who — and what — shows up.
I think the most important pre-work is asking who are the people who care? And
the most time consuming pre-work is inviting them.

Exchange... yes. And on that note I might suggest that "getting the whole
system in the room" (Marv Weisbord's phrase) is certainly related to the idea
