Sounds great. The guy I would be talking to is Kai Degner kai.deg...@gmail.com -- He was the mayor of Harrisonburg VA (80K?) and did multiple community OS’s on a whole range of community issues (including education, I believe). There is s bunch of video around, but I can’t remember where. Kai is
