I like the 3 'openings' and my only suggestion would be to hold off on the
shape of the fourth meeting. It is definitely about converging, but exactly how
might reveal itself along the way.

thomas, we did something like this in peoria, illinois. once on the future
of peoria's neighborhoods. once on the future of education in peoria. i
facilitated the second one.
the format was the same for both - tues/wed/thurs evenings. tues: gather
for box meal at 5:30, open at 6-7, sessions fr
Great idea Thomas! I see that there could be a great use for this kind of
design that you are now inventing. I will try to contribute with some thoughts

Hi! I've done many sets of micro-OSes at conferences. We've done as many as
6 OSes in a day with a format like this:
- 10-15 minutes opening
- 2x20 minutes session time slots
- short closing

Sounds great. The guy I would be talking to is Kai Degner
kai.deg...@gmail.com -- He was the mayor of Harrisonburg VA (80K?) and did
multiple community OSs on a whole range of community issues (including
education, I believe). There is s bunch of video around, but I cant
remember where. Kai is
