How hard would this be to implement so Osmand doesn't suggest a lane closed to your mode? Like if there's access:lanes=no|yes|yes|no and bicycle:lanes=no|yes|yes|designated and hov:lanes=designated|yes|yes|no, then a HOV would be suggested to use the leftmost lane unless there's an upcoming right
