You have to perform 4 steps to achieve this:
1. geocode your address data, meaning to convert the address into
geographical coordinate (longitude, latitude)
one way to do this: http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/geocoder/
2. from this data create a gpx file (gpsvisualizer can do this too)
3.
Search csv 2 gpx in Google. You will find several programs or websites that
solve your problem.

favourites.gpx from your mobile
(/Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files/favourites.gpx) to your PC.

Perhaps the following may help:
POI
“Point of Interest” files can be imported into OsmAnd and saved as “Favourites”.
Suitable import files include:
kml
gpx
kml
Create or download a kml file containing POI references.
Save the file on the Android device
Open the file with OsmAnd

Unfortunately, I am not a programmer and do not understand your advice and
what to do.
Here is what I did and what am trying to do right now.
I tried to add a friend’s address as point of interest (POI) on both OSMAND
and MAPS.ME while the apps
Have a look at the file favourites.xml in OSMAND data folder.
You have to extend this file with entries like, where you have to modify
lat / lon,
the name tag, the type tag and the color tag.
Mind to insert your entries before the final
tag.
