Hi David, I didn’t face this issue yet, IMO you can do 2 actions: 1.- Use the 'Admin::User::SetPassword’ console command to set a new password. 2.- If possible to reproduce this issue, please file a report in http://bugs.otrs.org/ including a detailed explanation
