[otrs] POP3 pickups not working

Hi all, I have my OTRS 2.1.6 running in debug mode and it produces a number of error messages ever since. However, these seem not to indicate real problems. I think. What's bothering me is that OTSR prefixes them with Error and if I scan the logs on a regularly basis I do find this messages

Hi all, I'm pretty new to this OTRS, and I can't find a way of agents adding tickets on behalf of customers - can this be done? In order to get this system accepted by our users, I want to use it initially as something to log phone requests etc... thanks in advance Jim Potter Bristol UK

I have not personally experienced any trouble with tabbed use. Can't say that I am an aggressive tab user but every new notification creates a new tab for my use. As with any tabbed web access if you are in an authenticated/tracked/etc session you have to pay attention to what you are doing.

[otrs] FAQ module / newbie question

I'm new to the whole open source stuff. I just installed OTRS and installed the FAQ module via package manager. It is in my local depository and it's installed. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access this or edit this. How do i access the FAQ so i can change it via the agent
