After the Ticket is closed it is removed from your queues, but you can
search for closed tickets. Just use the search tool to find them.

I think this is a job for the GenericAgent. Quickest way would be to define
a wildcard on the ticket# and then remove/delete them. Give it a try.
After you remove all the old tickets, you may want to delete this global
delete from the job-list.

When I ran into this message, I think I traced it back to my mappings in the
Config.pm file not being mapped to the correct fields in LDAP. I verified
each mapping and corrected my errors and all was well.
