Is there a way in OTRS to change the design of the notifications received by
mail from OTRS system ?
For example : by default, there is an Orange border in all mails, where is it
possible to edit this color setting ?

Hi Alexis,
In Ticket Notification settings there is field as "Email template" and
selected as "Default". This template is
under /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email.
You can edit the Default file or copy this file as a new template and edit
the line starting with

Solved.
On v.6 there is a new option that allows indexing (or not) FullText
searchs on Archived tickets (I usually archive old tickets).
I have enabled the check on Ticket::SearchIndex::IndexArchivedTickets
and now its working normally as in v. 5.
