I would guess that Midwifery Led Care has the highest % for natural childbirth. The CMP in WA has very high rates of normal births but the numbers are very small (150 clients PA) so cannot be extrapolated to the wider population. Re oxytocics, it is difficult to say the number on our program

The WHO recommend that the Caesarean rate should be no more than 10% in a population of healthy women (that is no, pre-existing medical conditions etc). They also recommend that inductions should be no more than 20%. Their assessment is that 80% of women can have a perfectly normal
