I don't know what world you're living in but we're not paid to do this,
we do it during our spare time, and it's a considerable effort
quite weird as a dependency but fixes the issue
as of now.

lässt es sich auf 10.3 nicht
lösen.
Es funktioniert ja, das Problem ist nur, dass man sich 5 mal
durchklicken muss um dem YaST2-Paketmanager zu sagen, dass man den
Vendor von SUSE auf Packman ändern möchte.

Wrong path, GNOME is at /usr now, so it must be /usr/bin/gconftool-2
instead of /opt/gnome/bin/gconftool-2
