Hi all. Since my computer returned from the hospital, I am presented with an option to Log On to Owner or Turn Off Computer at boot up. Can anyone please advise me how to get it to go straight to the desk-top please. Best wishes. Andy ___

Taht sounds fair enough particularly on your first point, Sound Studio does just as much as Sound Forge does for a fraction of the price, around about a tenth I think and Total Recorder? Well, for most people's editing and recording needs, its a steal, and its available in various versions

While in windows startmenu run type control userpasswords2 enter uncheck users must type a username and password You wil be asked to choose who the default user will be and type a password. This will be input every time you boot up and you should continue to your desktop.

Hi, If you recently installed the .net framework on your PC, which may have been installed with another program, you may have auto created a .net user account. This account will ask for a password on start-up. go to control alt delete then control tab to the users tab to check this out.

if the headphones are wired for mono then there is nothing you can do other than rewiring them to get stereo. It would be much easier to get a decent set of stereo headphones and if you need to switch to mono an adaptor can be used. ** Let a smile be your lantern

HellO! I have a song here which seem to be recorded in mono. I want to do a stereo simulation on this song by duplicating and mixing the two duplicated tracks together. I am doing this in goldwave. But it sounds mono anyway. I have tried to apply the inside out effect but ti sounds not that good.
