I'm having the exact same problems with FTP and even did the steps on the
web site. I can't even get Skype to work. First of all, you need the updated
scripts for Skype which you can get from www.jfwlite.com The easiest thing
is to extract the scripts to a blank folder, then copy them in to
/go to www.jfwlite.com and click on helpful hints. There is also a good
reivew on www.acbradio.org click on main menu which is under on demand.

The easist way is to find a sighted person to look at the manual, but I'm not sure it
