That's incorrect, Airfoil does its streaming through Wi-Fi and has nothing whatever to do with Blue Tooth Speakers. You do not need sighted assistance to set Airfoil up nor do you need sighted assistance to set up your Airport Express. I can't comment on bluetooth speaker systems as I've never
