Successful splitting does vary from one file to

queue function in Goldwave

Oh, Sure, I record from Radio 4 BBC nearly every day.
I also record from cassettes with MP3DirectCut, as soon as you press the
space bar when you finish, the recording is saved automatically as fast
as
you hit the spacebar.
Then you have

recognition
Simon, here are some shortcuts, which I compiled for aprevious message.
Hope this helps.
One can rewind and fast forward using
cursor left and right or page-up and page-down. The latter two keys move
faster than the first two. How many frames each pair moves can be set
via the menu system.

Simon, I think you can set the threshold for the automatic pause
recognition somewhere in the program. If this doesn'T work, you have to
split the file manually.

Hi mike and everyone, thanks for the info, but that isn't exactly what I was looking
fore. I am able to split files from my cassette album and they play that way as long
as the program is open However, when I save my work and play it in winamp, it plays ok
but has no splits in it and shows as
Have you used the save split dialog? This should create individual files
for each song or track that you have previously selected or marked. Pay
attention to the dialog because it has options for file naming. When you
finish, navigate to the folder where the split files have been saved then
