it's because you have forgotten to disable the winamp agent.
It resets the file types at reboot.

I'm a real player 10 user and have the same problem with it.
It happened whenI wanted to play ogg files after having downloaded the
scripts on the real helix community homepage for a radio station but, it
also happened for other radio stations.
I think it has to do with real player 10
I just manually loaded your URL from your message and it loaded in
Realplayer 10 for me with no problems.
Not sure what could be going on.

That file format looks like it should open in windows Media Player.

I tried the link and it worked fine in real player. Make sure to go to
preferences and to check windows media files for realplayer to read your
file.
Normally it should work :))
