They make this kind of stuff. Thing is, you'd be using the computer to
capture the video, and then burn it to DVD with the computer. Good luck.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time recording the program from the DVR
machine because it has to be done in real time. you may consider getting a
DVD stand alone recorder itself instead of a video capture device.
