Yes, actually if you converted your mp3 to a wav file, you wouldn't be
compressing it, you would actually be expanding it. The average mp3 of a 4
minute song is about 4 megs. A wav file is 10 times that, so think of it as
about 10 megs of disc space for every minute of audio. Plus as Doc so

If they're mpeg you won't need to convert them, just use Nero or something
of the like.
Chris.

If they're mpeg you won't need to convert them, just use
if you don't want to aford the price of a digital recorder you have two
choices in my book. Either go the cheaper route and stay with cassette tape
or incorporate your recording work in to your laptop or note taker. not much
else to choose from.
Actually, I think that avi should work with nero as far as making a VCD. Is
there any reason that you need them as mpeg?
Chris.

Hi,
I notice that under the burn options for Music CD, there is an option hat
says MP3 CD. I've burned data CDs with MP3 files on them, and I've made
regular audio, CDDA format, CDs using MP3 files. So, , exactly what does
this MP3 option under the Music CD do?
