The CDG's are just the lyrics and instructions as to where and how to
display them. The audio can be ripped as anything you like, then
combined with the CDG and played in such karaoke players as the Python
PyKaraoke player, which is not all that speech-accessible.

dvd audio?
In any case, what is the best way to rip the music from such dvd disks?
