Hello, does anyone know how I can make my voice sound like it is in a monotone?
I tried the AnalogX vocoder but did not get much success. Does anyone have
better suggestions?

Kathy,
First, in case you don't realize this, I should mention that tracks
purchased from the real music store are in .rax format, a proprietary,
protected, real audio format. They will not play in any player other than
realplayer. My strategy for getting around this is to burn them to CD-RW,
I just want to point out that The Snowman does not really support Jaws 7.1
with his scripts. He suggests using 6.1 or earlier.
Also, if you are talking about Sound Forge settings, you can get back to the
defaults by holding down shift and control when you press enter on the
shortcut that starts
Hi all,
After I've been using SF 8 for an hour or so, I start to get stuck with the
plugin chainer coming up everytime I use the left and right arrow keys. It is
a bear to shut down. Is there any way to just get rid of or completely turn
off the plugin chainer? I'd be hugely appreciative.
has anyone tried this card out and if so what are your thoughts on it?
this is a sound card by the way.
thanks for your replies on this

193 kbpt is to my ear not nearly the full sound you get from a cd. Emusic
uses much higher bitrate (300_ without the hassle of having to convert.

on my bookcourier

The specs are good and I would think it would be a good choice for you. I
currently use a audigy 2 and am considering upgrading to the audgy 4 soon.

As of yesterday, I now have one of these that will not be properly recognized
by the Windows98 box that it ran in, nor in another more advanced machine that
is configured to use a similar card. The 'add new hardware' program finds the
card, but describes it as a pci multimedia audio device and
about how much does the card cost?
