Roxio). I also use the driver for that program and have not experienced
the change in case as you are with the Adaptec software. Apparently,
this is just a case of the software handling rather than common to all
packet disks

Ok, that's probably before formatting. After you format a
CDRW disk that is rated at 650mb, you end up with only about
535mb usable space. The "minutes" is how many minutes in
audio they can hold. 650mb is 74 min. Yeah.I'm very
aware they come in many different brands. ;-)

Whenever I copy files to a RW-CD (that's how I back up my material), the
names all change to caps. It
Bring up a windows Explorer window and click on View, the folder
options. Click on the View tab and check to see that the 'allow upper
case' is not checked. If its checked, this is the source of your
problem. Uncheck it and the file name case should return to the lower
case.
