Hmm. I've used their software for quite some time and have not had any problems with it. Can't speak to the quality of their tech support, since I've not had to use them. As for spam and junk phone calls, they're no worse than most others and much better than some. Obviously, YMMV -p

Neither strikes me as a Great Photograph. But worth keeping if the locale pictured has some special meaning in the context of your time with your hosts. I prefer the vertical. Too much empty hillside in the horizontal, the vertical feels more balanced. And yes, I do see purple fringing. stan

I use the FA 20-35mm f4.0. It's very sharp with a bit of barrel distortion at the short end, but usually not noticible unless the subject is the straight line. It's a bit slow for available light but it's very lightweight and compact. It has a nice manual focus feel as well. On 2/26/2010
